In the beginning of 2023 I had a herniated disk that shattered my live.
The injury was something that was coming because the way I was training and probably through my faulty movement patterns.
I was someone who would push through pain. But the "No pain, no gain" mentality broke my body.
I couldn't do what I loved the most: practice sport, train, be a good mom and a loving partner. Pain controlled my life.
Honestly, I wanted the surgery because I was in such pain. But in my quest to keep moving my body, I found rope flow. And then I started understanding that the body moves in a multidimensional way.
Pain began to fade away.
That's when I knew that I wanted to help others feel better through efficient movement.
Today, I am back at training. But training these days look a lot different than before the injury. My body thanks me every day.
